Review on 🌙 TrueDark Twilight Elite: Enhancing Sleep and Circadian Rhythm like Never Before by Duane Ramos

I like these glasses a lot. I feel like they helped me fall asleep faster and stay that way. I didn't give them 5 stars because they are so heavy they pinch my nose after wearing them for a while. Not too much discomfort, but it's there after a while. In addition, these are very strong blue and green light blockers, so that colors are distorted when watching television. I personally don't mind this (because I love how it helps me sleep), but someone else might. I admit that this issue does not affect my assessment as nothing can be done. If you're looking to sleep better, some of the color issues on your TV are minor in comparison.
