I ordered these lights in mid-October but didn't install them on my tree until Thanksgiving when I had finished my garden project and cleaned up the patio. We turned them on twice for two or three minutes to see how they looked and worked. We haven't worn them since because it was too cold in Florida to enjoy our patio. I hooked them up for a short time last night to show my friends and now they don't work. We didn't even use them for an hour. We are very dissatisfied but I cannot find any information on how to contact the company. It says you can email them, but the Topist Revain page doesn't tell you how to email them. It only provides a link to give an overview. I am very dissatisfied. I plan to order another set or two but it won't be topist. I don't want to argue with anyone about the 90 day satisfaction guarantee.
