Review on πŸ“ž Enhanced Emerson EM2517 Corded Telephone with Caller ID by Homer Reed

Revainrating 1 out of 5

Cheaply made in the country and doesn't last long.

Love the shaped tip and size. I have 3 of these phones. They don't last long. After about a year of brief use, they begin to fail - the beep disappears, the screen disappears, the bell stops ringing, the dialpad stops working. Replacing the batteries does not fix any of these issues. Also, do not swap out all the cables. Battery covers tend to fall off and need to be sealed with tape. The caller ID screen is boring from the start. These problems were repeated on all three phones. The only reason I kept buying the same phone over and over again was because it's very comfortable to hold while talking. I paid about $8 for the first and about $12 for the last. The price keeps going up and the quality stays low.

Still have not used because instruction sheet is confusing.
