Do Not Buy: Wasted Money

The phone was a complete waste of money. The buttons were hard to push and the sound quality was terrible. Through trial and error, I found that using a headset was the only way I could have a decent conversation.

Pros
  • None.
Cons
  • Terrible sound quality, difficult-to-push buttons.

Emerson EM2517 corded phone with caller ID

Pros: Looks very nice - great for basement or garage - low price Cons: Dial tone is slow, at least 2 seconds before you hear it, so first time you hear it using it, the phone doesn't seem to work - however, there are no delays when dialing a number or transmitting voice. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it except for the cases listed above.

Pros
  • Office supplies
Cons
  • Something else

The caller ID screen is boring from the start. These problems were repeated on all three phones. The only…
