I've been using it for a year now and all you need is a very quick short spray and it removes odors very well not just adding fragrance to like other foods to smell. which ends up being more harmful than the original stench. I recommend this apple flavor among others. Orange isn't bad (it's my sister's favorite scent, but I don't like orange flavors at all). But stay away from the cotton smell! It ended up smelling like bug spray.
