not soft at all. Decorative only.

Well I think it's definitely durable. The material is not soft. The truth is not as soft as burlap. The design is cute, but even though I put the softest pillow I've ever felt inside, it's hard. Click on the pillow and it will go in, but don't feel it. It is uncomfortable even leaning or laying your head down. An unpleasant gift experience.
