Take a cheap round paper filter, fold in half (crescent), then fold in about a third, now you have a cone that fits perfectly, discard or compost when you're done. You don't even have to rinse between uses, although it's made of stainless steel and is therefore dishwasher safe. Also works with stainless steel mesh filters, laser holes or reusable cloth filters.
