works. I was excited to get this so I can get rid of the percolator which I don't like when camping. It arrived a few days late (I can deal with that) but the packaging was soft and flimsy which caused the legs to bend in transit and not sit properly on the mug. I could bend them well enough to get this to work, but a few pieces of hard cardboard in the packaging would have eliminated the need for this. Still, it works and eliminates the need for a percolator, for which I'm grateful.

I ordered this because of a review I found in Bon Appetit magazine. I thought this would be a great addition to my travel essentials wherever my travels take me. It is light, foldable and yet stable. In general, this is a very nice addition, but the instructions are in Asian. So not sure if I use a #2 or #4 cone filter, basket filter and all of the above.
