Review on 👟 Saucony ProGrid Integrity Walking 10109 1 Women's Athletic Shoes by Katie Garcia

After extensive research, I bought this shoe because it was recommended for people who tend to supinate (or underpronate) their ankles when walking/running. Basically I tend to walk/run on the outside edge of my foot which can often lead to ankle roll and roll related deformities/sprains. Like many people with supination, I have high arches/high arches and tight Achilles tendons. In short, buying shoes is often a headache for me and, to be honest, I don't enjoy it. Having owned these shoes for a couple of weeks now I can say that I am very happy with my purchase. The Saucony ProGrid Integrity have really great arch support and keep my foot in a more neutral position which helps correct my supination tendencies. The rear of the shoe has a lower profile than many other running shoes I've had and is well padded making it more comfortable on the tendon. Also, they seem very well made and I expect they will last a while. I wish they came in more styles and colors as plain white is pretty boring. But I can live with that. I'll probably buy them again when they wear out. :-)
