Excellent goods! on orthoses, splints and bandages

SB SOX Kinesiology Tape is great for light support of damaged body parts. I have used other brands before but SB SOX tape is more forgiving and sticks better. Yes, you will probably have to use the rip and yell method to remove the tape because if you apply it correctly, it probably won't come off on its own. In my opinion, unless there's a lot of body hair involved, it's not a big deal to take it off. The tape can remain on for several weeks, but should be removed after a week to allow the skin to breathe. It's best to take it off after it gets completely wet in the shower. Otherwise, after bathing, simply dab lightly to remove excess moisture. I sometimes use a hair dryer for faster drying. Some important points for a successful application: 1) Wipe the area with alcohol. 2) Measure the length you need and cut the tape about 1 inch shorter than the area you want to cover. 3) Round off the corners of the ribbon. 4) Tear the backing paper in half vertically, about halfway down the cutting strip (fabric will not tear), and turn back the raw edges of the paper to reveal a few inches of fabric. Hold the adhesive tape on these cut edges when attaching it. Try not to get your fingers on the glue. 5) Place the exposed piece of fabric roughly in the center of the area you want to seal and tug gently (up to about 25%). Continue working to the end of the strip, stretching and pinning one end at a time. Remove the paper backing as you go. DO NOT stretch the last few inches of either end of the band. Applying kinesiology tape becomes easier after you've done it a few times. Meanwhile, don't worry if you get small wrinkles when you apply it. There are several guides on the Internet on the correct application methods. In some cases, such as For example, with a torn meniscus, it seems most effective to place two strips of tape horizontally on the meniscus along with one strip of tape vertically on either side of the patella. Not only is this band of great quality, but it's also a great deal! Can't recommend enough!
