So before I get into the tracking and latency info, I want to point out that this is a really good product. Everything arrived well assembled. As soon as I received it I opened up the case and checked all the screws to make sure they were tight because when I bought a PC in the past I noticed that a lot of the screws were loose and some fans were even hanging from cables, so I do this out of habit. currently. However. Goods correspond to the description. It's a great mid-range PC with 60+ fps on all your favorite games on high-ultra settings. RBG works fine. The keyboard and mouse look a bit edgy, the font looks like Microsoft Sans Serif Lmao. However, I didn't buy it for peripherals, so I just gifted it to my brother. So for the assembly and description of the product: 5 stars. Now for the wait. In total I waited 15 days to receive my computer. I left message after message asking what the hell was going on. I didn't get a definitive answer until my second or third post. They said they were waiting for the processor to arrive at their warehouse before they could ship it (and that was just a week after buying the damn thing!). I have to say that my inquiries were answered within 24-48 hours, so the response time was halfway decent. The UPS tracking information did not match my PC's location at all. I've called UPS several times to find out why my shipping information says "Shipped" but it never left the warehouse. So overall this is a great build if you're willing to wait for it. I hope your computer gets to you before mine. You might also want to buy an additional SSD. 500GB is good, but if you want to install a decent number of games, you'll need at least 1TB. I also put an extra flash drive or 8GB of RAM in it.
