Review on 📞 Electricity and Telephone Earphone with Underground Locating Function by Jeffrey Sanders

I use NF-816 to trace underground irrigation control wires. Most of the wire I need to trace is at least 24 inches deep, so I wasn't sure if this thing would get the job done when I ordered it. It has traced every line I've tried it on and works almost as well as the 1000.00(+) tracer it replaced. I quickly got tired of the silly receiver-to-sensor cable and mounted the whole thing in a piece of PVC pipe, making it much easier to use for long periods of time. A few other reviewers have said that these devices are junk and don't track anything, but I've been tracing cables professionally for decades, and while this thing is (obviously) cheap compared to devices that cost thousands of dollars, I can assure you that if they do send you the same one that was sent to me it will work if you understand how to use it.
