it was really good before training
It was sealed and all but for some reason there was no moisture or anything in the container. When I opened it it was hard and lumpy. I used a butter knife to grind it up as much as possible. It was also a really good pre-workout. It was just difficult to measure what the actual spoon was, but I got closer and it was fine. For the price, you can't really complain.
