Tastes good but is like scooping playdough

Imagine scooping very dense playdough with a thin plastic spoon. Now pretend this is Clay - my bang pre-workout supplement because that's exactly what I got. Flavor is good, but it's serious, like scooping up lumpy plasticine.

it was really good before training

It was sealed and all but for some reason there was no moisture or anything in the container. When I opened it it was hard and lumpy. I used a butter knife to grind it up as much as possible. It was also a really good pre-workout. It was just difficult to measure what the actual spoon was, but I got closer and it was fine. For the price, you can't really complain.

Bang is my new favorite pre-workout. Noticeable energy boost within 15 minutes.

Bang is my new favorite pre-workout. A noticeable energy boost within 15 minutes that lasts about 90 minutes. I love the combination of BCAAs and creatine and it tastes great (not that I really care how my supplements taste). Cannot recommend and/or speak highly of it. Not a big fan of the cost per serving when broken down into a scoop, but who cares if you find something you like.
