Our cats love these beds but not as much as I had hoped. Some get stuck in the web with their claws. If you have a heavy cat (like 18 pds) the velcro will break on its own. But you can easily attach the thread. However, the beds are generally good. We booked 5 beds together. We all ordered orange beds. We have 4 blue/black beds and 1 orange/grey bed. The boxes were originally clearly marked blue/black and someone stuck a stick on them saying they were orange when they weren't. My bed rating alone would be 4.5. But since they send the wrong color, I only rate it a 3.
