The inner plunger cup came loose on the third use and got stuck in the toilet and I didn't know what the heck was in the toilet which was a dark mass as well as a blocking drain . I tried again a few months later and the whole head popped out and after screwing it back onto the handle and pushing it back down it popped back out. The head doesn't have a firm grip when screwed into the base and apparently the rubber has stretched enough to no longer hold the handle. Back to the $4.99 industrial piston for this house. It's nice if it just sits next to your toilet and you never have to use it!
