Jar doesn't say USP (listing does); "powder " - large smelly lumps; Phone does not accept messages/answers

Bought because doctor said to get L-Carnitine USP - but nowhere on the tin does it say USP tested and that logo doesn't even though the listing says USP. Previously I used a less expensive unfilled powder with no USP - no lumps. It smells awful; there was no other L-carnitine. Her phone just rings - can't leave a message or ask for it. This was supposed to replace the first can with the same clumping/odor issues but I figured it was because it took so long (8-9 days) during the hot period. I didn't notice the non-USP label on the first can because I threw it away when I saw/smelled the inside. (Revane replaced him.)
