This cup is beautiful! It's definitely BLING and it's awesome. I know some reviews mentioned broken straws and missing parts, but mine came with all parts (mug, lid, straw, straw cleaner) plus a few extra bricks to fix. It was carefully packaged and arrived undamaged in transit. My only concern is that even if hand washed, it might not last long. As you can see in my two pictures there are seams and bubbles on the glue. I noticed that when the mug is hot (sitting in the car) the stones slide across the top of the mug. This is especially true if you try to unscrew the lid while the mug is in this state. It will not leak if tipped over, except through the straw opening. It's comfortable to hold even in small hands like mine. Cleaning can be an issue due to stones. I will not put coffee or other beverages in it that will stain it as I cannot wash it thoroughly without damaging the stones. At the moment the mug gets 4 stars not 5 due to stitching and blisters. Still a good product and definitely as advertised.
