Looks stunning! Arrived with no manual or instructions but it's pretty clear. The fan is very quiet, I had to look underneath to make sure it was even on. I'm not sure if there is maximum cooling since as others have said your device is really above the open air vents where the fan resides. My game tends to hit a certain area and not the center so I don't know how that would work. The included remote to control the LEDs is very small and plugs into a USB port that plugs into your game and is powered. two, one for fan, the other for lighting,
