Sized down and still too big!
I’m normally a small or 2/4 and the XS was still too loose around my waist I could wear it but it was not comfortable to me because it wasn’t a little snug. I would size down if you are average body build, doesn’t have stretch to it but very cute. There are not shorts underneath
