So first things first, when I opened these out of the package I was very excited for how soft they were! The drawstrings are nice so you can adjust the waist as needed. I also liked the light gray color as it can go with anything.Now let’s move on to the fit of these shorts. The waist is just as expected and is a true large fit. I had no issues with this, don’t feel like they are squeezing me! Now for the length, I was not as pleased. Reason being: the shorts CONSISTENTLY ride up on the inner thigh. This happens so often that I officially deemed these shorts as "house only” shorts in one day of wearing them to run errands. With this being said, if you have slightly bigger thighs expect them to ride up. Overall, I rate a 4/5 because I should have double checked the length on myself but being that I’m under 5’5, I didn’t think it would be such a problem. They are really comfy for home shorts though so that’s a win (just not for constant errands).
