Not suitable for cosplay.
I ordered this in hopes of using it for a theatrical costume. The foam has a very small body and does not hold its shape. To use it for a suit I would need to line it with something to give it some stretch and stiffness. It also tears very easily and is lighter than other foam products I've used.
