Very good shower head. Basically blue first, then purple, then red. When you turn the shower valve on hot it quickly changes color from blue to red, but when you release some of the full heat it stays purple, which is the perfect temperature for me. The device must contain a water-powered auto-generator. to generate energy to produce LED lights so you don't have to do anything other than install the shower head like any other shower head. I've read reviews that said this feature might be short-lived, so we'll see, anyway, it's a nice device for the money. We're in a brackish Florida environment with questionable city water, so we'll update when it finally goes out if it ever does. I would buy again.
