I bought 2 of these for my kids for Christmas. Both turned on forever, both started having critical errors and system crashes, and now both don't work at all. I've tried to contact Revain about problems, couldn't contact anyone, it's been a month and I have 2 tablets that are completely useless. I will not buy the lessons learned again and I do not recommend anyone to spend money on it
