My son needed a water bottle for school to play in the schoolyard on hot days. Since there is no water fountain at the school, parents must bring a filled water bottle with them. The water bottle we used was a regular plastic bottle so the water wasn't very cold anymore during the break. So I looked for a new solution. I looked for several thermoses that looked like cups. I don't like mugs that have so many parts that need deep cleaning to avoid mold. Fast forward to this water bottle. This little thing keeps my son's water ice cold even when I pick him up after being at school all day. Ice cubes will remain in the cups if I put him in early in the morning before waking him up. In addition, it feels good in the hand, as does the lid that makes it easy to open. The only two downsides to the product in my opinion: 1) There is no straw (which I really like as I don't like a lot of pieces in a cup that need washing) which my son finds a bit difficult to adjust due to the spout, that's why he sometimes spills water on his shirt. But it can get better over time as it adapts 2) The color of the mug has already changed a bit and we've only had it for about 2 weeks. But I would still buy this item as I love that it keeps my son's water ice cold and encourages him to drink more water.
