Very good quality, well made, thin and light. 2 issues: ONE: The device seems to have 2 settings, low and medium. It's difficult to get the medium setting to stay on, as the button's sensor seems to select speed based on the time you hold your thumb over the sensor, it's almost trial and error. The medium setting itself should be considered low in my opinion. TWO: The base charger is so light that its magnet will not let go of the device when lifted, it fits snugly into the base of the toothbrush and must be removed by hand rather than relying on gravity as the toothbrush is lifted and removed from the charging base. I cannot recommend this product as I feel it is not aggressive enough to keep someone's teeth clean enough relying on the maneuverability of the device itself.
