The bike pad came in a very nicely packaged box with clear and easy to follow instructions on how to set it up on my vehicle. The fit my vehicle (Nissan Frontier) perfectly and the setup took less than 10 minutes. The design of this pad pays a lot of attention to detail as there are a multitude of pockets, adjustment straps, and access points to make it easy to use and not interfere with operating the tailgate. In about a week of heavy use, my bike has not shifted at all during transport and I have felt confident with using the pad to both transport my bike and to leave it for short periods of time (getting gas, running to the store, etc.) as there is a heavy duty cable lock built into the pad. I have recommended this bike pad to multiple friends and am extremely pleased with it.
