Review on 40-Cup Rectangular Airtight Food Storage Container by Snapware by Brenda Belcher

Recently received 50# King Arthur High Gluten Flour for baking bagels and I needed a better way to store flour than glass containers or large plastic bags. I ordered three 40-cup Snapware containers with handles. Follow the directions and rinse well, remove the gasket from the lid and reassemble when everything was dry. These containers are awesome! I think they hold just over 10 pounds of flour in each container as I think four containers would hold all 50# flour except for two pounds which I used straight from the bag. The lid closes tightly and the handle at the top is great. Best of all, they're BPA-free. My only regret is that I didn't go to Snapware's website first because not only are they only $15.99 there, but if you buy two you get one free. Lesson learned.
