It has a really calming scent, it's lavender, chamomile and patchouli (you can't smell patchouli). It can be used as a body spray, room spray, you can spray it on bedding. I like to apply it to my pulse points, it's really soothing. If you're hesitant to try it, I'd say go ahead and buy it.
