As a food scientist and nutraceutical manufacturer, I can tell you that many oils have antimicrobial properties (bacteria have a lipid (oil) coat and stick when in contact with the oil). The data I've seen doesn't show that it works any better than regular mouthwash, but it's no worse either. So it seemed like a great way to reap the health benefits of an all-natural food product. Most of the drawing oils I've seen and most of the research I've read are coconut based. oil or sunflower oil. This product uses olive oil as a base with other oils like hemp oil and coconut oil, as well as other vegetable oils like cinnamon, clove, peppermint, and oregano. Delicious. And it tastes really good, mostly a nice combination of mint and cinnamon. I had a problem: 20 minutes is a long time to roll a tablespoon of oil in your mouth. Although the taste is pleasant enough, after a while the accumulation of saliva in the mouth ends with much more than a tablespoon of liquid, and for me it became very uncomfortable. Even if the liquid has not increased, shaking for 20 minutes is not an easy task. And if you can't be alone for 20 minutes every morning, it's pretty embarrassing in front of other people; it is a very visible activity. In terms of detoxifying your body, this is what many Ayurvedic and other alternative practices claim, but I have not seen any evidence of this in any scientific journal. So for me it amounts to nothing. Do I want to spend 20 minutes a day doing something to achieve what I can do in 20 seconds? Is the fact that using another method, such as a regular mouthwash, is something "less natural" worth the 20 minutes to 20 seconds it takes? If it were 2 minutes I'd be happy to compromise, but 20 minutes a day is too much for me. And even such a pleasant taste is not very pleasant after 10 minutes of rotation. oils, but I can say that based on the labels I've seen, I'm relatively confident that this is one of the best tasting pull oils. Bottom line: not for me, but if you're interested in the concept, this is the product I'd test it with. Review: Teliaoils Coconut Pulling Oil
