Blended Oils: Mouthwash

8.34 oz plastic bottle of blended mouthwash oils. I'm not new to oil pulling and I usually use a spoonful of coconut oil straight from the jar. Overall, I would recommend this to those familiar with oil pulling for a different taste and feel, but if you are new to the practice, just start with coconut oil…

I had to work really hard, I also have a small mouth so I knew I should start with less. Start slowly, with a

Contains 3 Essential Oils and 4 Essential Oils. I have used oil as a mouthwash for many years and it has greatly improved my oral health. The dentist thought we were too dear to the dentist. One cannot contradict that. Just gently pull it from side to side. Find trash or a bush to spit on.

This astringent oil works great. My wife especially likes to use it. She felt it made her teeth cleaner and her mouth fresher. It smells pleasantly fresh and lasts a long time.

20 minutes? I should have read more carefully!

As a food scientist and nutraceutical manufacturer, I can tell you that many oils have antimicrobial properties (bacteria have a lipid (oil) coat and stick when in contact with the oil). Most of the drawing oils I've seen and most of the research I've read are coconut based. oil or sunflower oil. This
