Looks good, decent plastic. They even added lube to make it smooth but I had to modify it to make it work. The teeth on the starter pawl do not protrude far enough to fully engage the pull rope. Before I changed it, it kept slipping and squeezing my joints. After the conversion, it fully engages, does not slip and starts my motorcycle normally. But the bottom line is that you don't have to change anything to make it work as it should.
