Terrible design
Really cheap design. The bag has no structure and the bottom takes the shape of what you put in it. For example, I put a laptop in and since there is nothing at the bottom to hold its structure, it falls under the fold and takes the shape of a laptop. No lining or pockets inside. Terribly done for the Vera Bradley brand. I can get cheaper bags that look 100 times better. send back. Don't waste your money or time with this bag.
