The most important thing is that it supports all major cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud etc. Also, we have full control over our data which means more security for us. We do not need to manage any servers or databases ourselves in order to use this tool. It's just like having an external database with SQL support but better because of its scalability. As mentioned above I think there are no downsides at all. Everything works well so far. If you're looking forward to using a tool where you don't have to worry about managing infrastructure, this one comes out on top. There was nothing to dislike. In my opinion, this software has been very helpful to me while working on big projects.
