Pretty cute for an 8 year old. But remember, we bought without taking into account the fact that we have to fill the balloons. After endless calls to all the hot air balloon shops in town, we decided to buy a canister of helium from Walmart. The cost of the helium tank was 26.00 but it was a lot cheaper than refilling them at the store for around 36.00. Please consider where and how much it will cost you to fill the balloons. If I had to do it all over again I would skip it and choose a party pack that didn't include balloons as it would be cheaper to buy balloons from the dollar store.
- Can you scare away a dog? Although these anti-bark devices have a solid deterrent and shine brightly in the eyes, you cannot use them as a deterrent against attacking or aggressive dogs. there is another dog. Only use dog bark suppressors as noise suppressors or as a training device.
