Bad instructions, doesn't stay connected, can't be used at all. Stay away!

I literally can't use them. I sit with them two feet from my device and after trying to get a sound for about a minute after plugging it in, they just said Disconnected again. Absolute rubbish. I've tried them on multiple devices and they don't stay connected to anything and I heard NO audio other than an onboard voice telling me all about how disconnected they are. I used to trust the Phillips brand. Decent quality, this product tells me I can't rely on them anymore. Stay away.
