I bought this to use for conference calls on my desktop PC and it works but the audio cuts out intermittently like the bluetooth connection not fully synchronized with the PC. Not sure why. But otherwise I think it's okay.

I have to admit that I am very surprised at how strong the bass is and how clear the treble is. I switched from a JBL E25BT and honestly wasn't expecting this kind of sound quality considering how cheap the stuff seems to be. Unfortunately, I did not receive the earplugs in the other size promised in the description. (Edit: Too bad I found them)

I have several headsets. I buy them all the time. I tested 3 headsets: a 10 year old Plantronics headset, Bose wired headphones and this one. It was the worst sounding recording I've made for a voicemail system. Plantronics was better than WIRED Bose. These Philips BASS+ SHB4385 sound good, but they won't be a complete solution for those who want to talk to them.

First version headphones do not activate automatic charging individually. You need to remove both earbuds, activate them and put them back into the charger for it to start charging automatically. Second warranty/service is terrible. They let you do one thing, take all the photos etc, then after 3 weeks a new person comes in who wants you to start the whole process over. Finally full refund! I will never buy a Philips product again!

For now I want to believe that this is not only good quality but also something that protects my health. I have read that this is within FCC Class B limits under Part 15. However, more information needs to be described for the end user. Part 15 gives a lot of explanations about what caps are. I literally can't use them. I sit with them two feet from my device and after trying to get a sound for about a minute after plugging it in, they just said Disconnected again. Absolute rubbish. I've tried them on multiple devices and they don't stay connected to anything and I heard NO audio other than an onboard voice telling me all about how disconnected they are. I used to trust the Phillips brand. Decent quality, this product tells me I can't rely on them anymore. Stay away.

Great sound. There's no noise cancellation, but they block out a good amount. Also only you can hear the music which is great. Foreword: I have relatively small ears. These headphones are quite large both in the ear and on the outside (makes you look like Shrek). I couldn't get any of them to stay in my ear. They fall out especially when running or jumping.
