Great platform with fast response times

It's very easy for my customers to use. I am able to send them emails, text messages through their phone number or email directly from inside the app without having to go back into our system. The alerts are great because they make it so there isn't too much time between when we receive something at work and when we see who that thing was sent to in azamba. Sometimes some of our customers don't get notified right away about things like this which can be frustrating if you're trying to do your job. As long as your customer knows how to navigate the interface it works well but not everyone has used other software before. We have been using azamba since 2013 and our sales team loves it! They love being able to quickly find contact info and also track what tasks need to be done next.
