Review on Tachikara TB 18 The Setter EA by Jose Baldwin

Great for the top players in team sports

This is the perfect training ball. It's just hard enough to set the perfect higher rates. PS - Can we comment on almost every volleyball review? In general, the NFHS, USAV, and NCAA require ball pressures between 4.3 and 4.6 psi. While that number is going down for beach volleyball players, it doesn't matter. As a referee, I have never measured a ball that met the required specifications before a PSI match. Most balls lose pressure. Some balls build pressure when exposed to intense heat. The most common complaint I've read in reviews is that the ball didn't inflate. The idea that the ball should be inflated is ridiculous, especially when it comes to meeting the necessary inflation requirements. Buy a cheap pump and gauge. You will also need it once your ball is inflated to the desired pressure. Although I may have received a ball out of hundreds that was deformed after inflation, this was an anomaly. Expecting a mail order volleyball to be inflated to its specifications is like ordering an above ground pool kit that you expect to be filled with water.

Pros
  • Economical
Cons
  • Big and bulky
