I have had this product for about 3 months now and I can honestly say that if you keep brushing your teeth daily it works. I use this activated charcoal powder in the morning and Sensodyne Pronamel in the evening because there is no cleansing or mess. The powder tastes very chalky, like ground cinnamon, but it binds so you don't choke on it. The mint flavor is sorely lacking and it WILL GET EVERYWHERE AND POLLUTION if you're not careful! My toothbrush is basically permanently blackened because the black goo easily gets into the folds around the mouth when brushing and drips everywhere. Overall this product is good for $10 and while I have it it looks like nobody has used it at all. This container can last about 1-2 years! Overall good value for money.
