There are several other reviews that say the same thing: don't buy. Wrong equipment. But it's even worse. Aside from the lack of customer service, the chairs are made up of parts that don't fit together. The supplied M6 bolts will not fit the M8 base holes, rendering the bolts and washers useless. It's a little forgivable, except that the back of the chair isn't shaped to match the arms of the base - meaning once you screw in a screw the other screws won't match. I was only able to tighten two of the four screws. I wrote to modway and called and I will call back and update this review if necessary. But don't buy it. Literally avoid it. This is a manufacturing defect and as Revain sells the product the problem will remain unless they recall the batch sold from Revain's warehouses.
