Poor quality and worst customer service

I have had this product for about 4 months and it has already broken. The microphone and speaker stopped working and I can no longer use them. I emailed the company and received no response. I will take my business elsewhere because of the terrible customer service. I understand that some products can break, but a lack of customer response is unacceptable. I hope others have better luck.
