I ended up opening the box while waiting for someone to install a new screen. The display had a small crack when opened. The plastic tools provided were terrible. For the price of a screen, I expect a perfect screen, better tools, and installation instructions. I had to google it and ended up having someone else with experience install it. Ultimately, since I already had a cracked screen and this chip/crack was smaller, and having removed the previous screen before removing the bubble wrap from the 'new' screen, I had no choice but to install it and to rescue.
