We are able to run complex systems such as power plants, refineries etc with ease of use.

The support system for this product has had occasional issues that have not been resolved quickly enough but it's easy to get them back up running again so there isn't any down time either! I do like how simple things can be done when using SGT products; they really allow you freedom within your organisation compared other similar software packages/solutions which tend towards being more restrictive or complicated than necessary (eg too many options).
