The ability to be able to manage all of my devices within one interface, this makes it very easy for me as an administrator to have multiple accounts managed from one location, also allows me to access those same resources without having to go into each device separately. We are able to run complex systems such as power plants, refineries etc with ease of use. The support system for this product has had occasional issues that have not been resolved quickly enough but it's easy to get them back up running again so there isn't any down time either! The tool has helped me to keep up with cyber threats, as well as being able to train other people that are new at cybersecurity. It's also very useful for training employees who have never been trained before so they can learn how important it truly is by using this software.
