I have a thyroid condition that is draining my energy. I started taking Arazo L-Carnitine hoping for a slight boost. The effects were subtle, not very noticeable. I took it regularly for about 3 weeks without thinking much later about its effects. I was training at the time and felt pretty good at 65. The workouts gave me the energy to sleep and I was in a great mood (or so I thought). Then I left town for a few days and forgot to pack my supplements. After I got home and stopped taking it for a few more days, I became lethargic and didn't have the energy to exercise or get through the day without feeling too tired. My energy returns when I start exercising again, except when I went to the gym I couldn't even sustain a workout. I left early and then missed a few days. I really started struggling until I got back to my supplement routine. And now, just a few days later, I'm back in business! Full of energy, well-being and a complete workout. I re-read some of my "Why I Take This" notes and here it is - Energy from L-Carnitine. I told my brother he started taking it and same for him. Energy for his gardening, his errands, and the late-night news. This is a great product and I recommend it to anyone who can use Boost. The only warning: do not stop taking it and do not share it with your friends because they will consume all of you. My advice, let them get it themselves.
