It was a bit difficult to figure out how to remove the old filters. Did. After checking out the filters, I was glad I hadn't used tap water before installing this system. Installing new ones was easy. The water company tested the water and assured us it didn't contain any harmful bacteria, but anything else makes it taste awful. It's very compact, the filters last 6 months and beep when it's time to change them.
