The best part about this system is that it allows you to do so many things from one console/dashboard! Nothing as such but I would suggest more training for agents who are using cloud services (like me) because they tend not be familiar with all these options available in them like emailing customers etc..Also there should also an option where we can send our own messages without having any kind or assistance form admin's end since its always difficult if ever needed support at times when something goes wrong then whats done!! We use Cloud Services which was never my choice initially though i am enjoying now coz everything gets integrated into 1 dashboard!
