For many years I had lower back pain from being a driver in 2001; Due to aging and many personal factors, the situation has deteriorated significantly over the past year. So I've been looking for months for something to relieve the tension in my back, when I saw this back erector I decided to give it a try - I had nothing to lose. The first time I lay on a stretcher I felt the tension in my vertebrae release - it was so awesome; the pain is gone! Since then, when I put the stretcher on the couch or in the chair behind me - on the lowest curve - it doesn't put any strain on my back. I alternate between seated use and non-use and between that and lying flat on the floor, with a higher arch setting - it really helps my difficult back not to strain again! The design of the stretcher includes an open space. in the middle between which your spine is placed and several bumps on either side that knead and massage the muscles along the spine. So I use the stretcher as a stretch for my back, but I've also done squats, curls and leg raises keeping my lower back on the floor and also using it to support my back while sitting. Being able to customize and customize it helps a lot! And it comes with some bonus massage balls - awesome! I'm a fan of ball on rollers to work muscle cramps in my back and shoulder; My wife loves it when I roll a rubber massage ball over her shoulder and up and down her back! but not worth an arm and a leg! I cannot recommend this back stretcher enough!
