So far so good. I grind coffee from whole beans myself so it's very easy to make sure the grind isn't too fine so the end product isn't full of sediment, but the 'filter' mesh is pretty thin and I think regular ground coffee will work too. work pretty well. My only downside so far is pretty minor, the graduated markings on the side don't line up very well, but I don't think that's a problem since I measure everything by weight. However, if you choose to use these labels, they may not be the most accurate.
